CITIC Telecom International Holdings has renewed its tenancy agreement for the Main Premises in Ap Lei Chau with Tendo, a subsidiary of its controlling shareholder CITIC Limited, set to expire in September 2027. The new agreement, which includes an option for a further three-year renewal, involves a monthly rent of approximately HK$803,000, in line with current market rates. The transaction is subject to reporting requirements but exempt from the independent shareholders’ approval, due to its percentage ratios.
