CITIC Securities Company Limited has announced its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2024, scheduled for 25 October in Beijing, to consider the 2024 Interim Profit Distribution Plan. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for voting and must register transfers by specific dates to attend the EGM or receive dividends. The company has proposed an interim dividend of RMB2.40 per ten shares, with the total distribution amounting to RMB3,556,931,238.96, aiming to pay out by 24 December 2024.
