CITIC Resources Holdings has informed shareholders of the retrial judgments in the legal case against CA Commodity Trading Pty Ltd, where the court absolved the company of fraud but ordered it to compensate Weihai for part of its losses, amounting to approximately HK$1.26 million. While the company welcomes the decision clearing it of fraudulent intent, it is appealing the compensation order. Investors are advised to exercise caution in dealing with the company’s securities.
