CITIC Resources Holdings announced successful passage of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on 14 June 2024, including the election of directors and approval of a final dividend of HK2.50 cents per share. Over 99% of votes were cast in favor of the audited financial statements and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor. Shareholders on the register by 24 June 2024 will be entitled to the dividend, with payment expected around 18 July 2024.
