CITIC Limited has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to June 25, 2024, previously scheduled for June 18, 2024, due to important internal arrangements. Additionally, the book closure periods for determining shareholder entitlements to attend the AGM and for the 2023 Final Dividend have been rescheduled. Shareholders will now need to register transfers by June 19, 2024, for AGM attendance and by June 28, 2024, for dividend entitlements.
