CITIC Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25 June 2024, with all resolutions passed by a significant majority. Shareholders approved matters including the audited financial statements, director reports, and a final dividend of RMB0.335 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023. The AGM also saw the re-election of all proposed directors, with each receiving strong support from the voting shareholders.
