Samik Chatterjee (J.P. Morgan) reiterated a Buy rating on CSCO on 2/11/2026 and raised his price target to $95.00, implying solid upside from current levels. This 5‑star analyst ranks #36 out of 12,061, with a 68.43% success rate and a 33.00% average return per rating.

Chatterjee expects accelerating AI orders to drive faster revenue growth, supported by strength across switching, routing, and optical equipment as hyperscalers ramp capital spending. He also highlights campus network refreshes, Nvidia partnership benefits, and a growing AI revenue mix that could push FY26 revenue growth to about 8% year over year.

Despite near‑term pressure from higher memory costs and supply chain constraints, Chatterjee believes these growth drivers will outweigh margin headwinds and lead to earnings upside, with his FY26 EPS estimate of $4.15 above Cisco’s current guidance high end. He notes CSCO trades near a 20x P/E, a premium to history, but sees room for upside given AI’s increasing role and cyclical recovery in enterprise networking.

Analyst Tal Liani (BofA) also reiterated a Buy on CSCO on 2/12/2026 with a $95.00 price objective, aligning with the bullish outlook. Liani, ranked #1114 out of 12,061 with a 56.03% success rate and 8.90% average return, points to 9.7% revenue growth driven by 21.1% networking growth and AI orders jumping from $1.3 billion to $2.1 billion.

Liani flags that strong hardware demand, higher cloud mix, and a sharp spike in memory prices are pressuring gross margins, though recent product price increases could help offset the hit. He considers guidance for AI orders and 4Q growth conservative, seeing room for upside as Cisco benefits from campus refresh cycles, Wi‑Fi 7, data center switching, and gradual improvement in security as Splunk transitions.

With a StrongBuy consensus and both top‑ranked analysts targeting $95, investors are seeing Cisco as a key AI and networking beneficiary with attractive valuation and stable operating margins. Never miss a stock rating. Find all the latest ratings on TipRanks’ Top Wall Street Analysts page.
