Cirrus Logic (CRUS) has issued an update.
Venk Nathamuni has announced his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Cirrus Logic, Inc., effective May 24, 2024, to pursue opportunities outside the semiconductor industry, with no disagreements cited with the company’s operations or practices. Ulf Habermann, with the company since 2002 and currently its Principal Accounting Officer, will step in as the interim CFO. The company is actively seeking a permanent replacement, considering both internal and external candidates. No familial or material interests tie Habermann to the company’s executives or board members as he takes on this new role.
