The latest update is out from Circle SpA ( (IT:CIRC) ).
Circle Group has secured four new contracts worth over €150,000 with leading Italian rail and multimodal logistics operators to upgrade and migrate customs processes linked to its MILOS eCustoms platform. The projects respond to regulatory and technological changes in customs and logistics, particularly around the rollout of the AIDA 2.0 system.
Under the six‑month engagements, Circle will re‑engineer IT, document, and operational flows for train movements, yard access, and mission transfers, while introducing IoT identifiers to track goods between temporary storage warehouses. The work is expected to enhance operational continuity, traceability, and interoperability along the multimodal transport chain, strengthening Circle’s position in rail and customs logistics and in co‑financed digitalization initiatives tied to Italy’s PNRR.
Some contracts are part of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport’s LogIN Business program, underscoring Circle’s role in publicly supported efforts to digitalize and decarbonize logistics. Management frames these deals as another step in executing its “Connect 4 Agile Growth” industrial plan, which aims to support more sustainable and integrated national logistics within a broader European framework.
The most recent analyst rating on (IT:CIRC) stock is a Buy with a EUR10.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Circle SpA stock, see the IT:CIRC Stock Forecast page.
