Circle Group reported a consolidated value of production of €25.1 million for 2025, a 72% increase year on year and within the range set by its “Connect 4 Agile Growth” plan. EBITDA doubled to €6.1 million, yielding a 24% margin and surpassing guidance, driven by strong expansion in proprietary software, SaaS offerings and Milos federative services.
The group benefited from late‑2024 acquisitions, which boosted service sales, synergies and European market penetration, and lifted its multi‑year backlog to €34.1 million with visibility to 2027. Investments in federative and logistics platforms, including MILOS and KMaster suites and an EU eFTI platform, reinforced Circle’s role as a key technology enabler in multimodal logistics and laid the groundwork for further strategic alliances and structural growth.
The board also proposed a new plan for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares, signalling confidence in the company’s valuation and future prospects. Management highlighted that unlocking public‑funded initiatives, notably the PNRR‑linked Login Business tender, and strong demand from new customers underpinned a clear operational and commercial acceleration in the second half of 2025.
