Cirata plc, a data activation platform, has successfully completed an equity fundraise of $7.2 million, issuing over 10 million new shares. The fundraise attracted support from large shareholders and included participation from the company’s management as well as retail investors through the PrimaryBid platform. Shares were offered at a 5.2% discount, with proceeds to support the company’s growth initiatives.
