Cinis Fertilizer AB held its annual general meeting on June 25, 2025, where several key resolutions were passed. The meeting approved the financial statements for 2024, discharged board members and the managing director from liability, and decided to carry forward the company’s profits. The board’s remuneration and the auditor’s fees were confirmed, and board members were re-elected. Additionally, incentive programs for key personnel were adopted, and the board was authorized to issue shares and other financial instruments to raise capital and acquire assets, providing flexibility for future growth.
