Cinese International Group Holdings Limited has announced the composition of its Board of Directors, including Executive Directors Mr. Liu Xue Bin and Dr. Kou Chung Yin Mariana, Non-executive Director Mr. Liu Jiefeng, and three Independent non-executive Directors. The Board oversees three key committees—Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination—with each committee comprising a mix of different members from the Board.
