CIMC Enric Holdings Limited, in a joint announcement with China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd., has declared the initiation of the public transfer of shares for its liquid food business, CIMC Liquid Process Technologies Co., Ltd. (CLPT), on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations System (NEEQ) starting 8 August 2024. The shares of CLPT will be traded via call auction trading under the stock code 872914. This move aims to facilitate the proposed spin-off and separate listing of CIMC Enric’s liquid food business in China.
