CIFE, known as INDUSTRIAL AND FINANCIAL COMPANY OF ENTERPRISES, has officially changed its corporate name to ETPO Group SA following a shareholder meeting on June 25, 2024. The company, with a turnover of 242 million euros and over 700 employees, operates primarily in construction across France, Africa, and Canada, and is majority-owned by Spie batignolles SAS since January 2024.
