Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is set to raise up to $2.87 million through a non-brokered private placement of convertible debenture units, with each unit priced at $1,000. This funding effort follows a prior raise of $2.14 million, aiming for a combined total of $5 million to support the company’s growth in the renewable sector. The debentures, offering a 12% annual interest rate, will mature in 24 months and can be converted into common shares at $0.40 each.
