Cielo Waste Solutions is set to acquire the Carseland Facility to produce eco-friendly Bio-Synfuels and has engaged Integral Wealth Securities as a market maker to maintain an orderly market. They have also decided to terminate their convertible debenture unit offering due to current market conditions.
