Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. is extending its non-brokered private placement offer of Convertible Debenture Units to raise up to C $5,000,000, having already secured C $2,040,000 across two tranches. Investors are offered debentures convertible into common shares, accompanied by warrants, to fund the company’s renewable fuel projects and for general capital purposes. The offer, subject to regulatory approval, aims to support Cielo’s projects converting wood by-products into low carbon fuel.
