Her remit at Dot Ai is to lead the global revenue organization, drive enterprise customer expansion and strengthen commercial execution, while her compensation package at CID Holdco, including a $285,000 base salary and performance-based bonus opportunity, underscores the strategic weight both companies are placing on her role to accelerate growth and deepen enterprise adoption. Reny’s departure from CID Holdco was not the result of any disagreement over accounting or financial disclosures, and both companies framed the leadership transition as part of a broader push to bolster operational rigor, expand enterprise relationships and support long-term value creation for shareholders.
