China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) has announced that shareholder Haier Jinying intends to sell up to 106,026,300 A shares, which is not more than 2.1964% of CICC’s total share capital. The share disposal will be conducted through block trade transfer or centralized bidding within a three-month period, starting three days after the announcement. Haier Jinying’s move to reduce its shareholding will not alter the control of CICC.
