China International Capital Corporation Limited announced that independent non-executive director Peter Hugh Nolan will resign from the board and all related committee roles on February 27, 2026, as his consecutive term approaches the six-year regulatory limit. The company stated that Nolan has no disagreements with the board, his departure will not breach board quorum or independent director requirements, and normal board operations will remain unaffected.

Following Nolan’s resignation, the board approved a reshuffle of its special committees to maintain a sound governance structure and regulatory compliance.
