Cibus Announces Carlo Broos as Interim CFO Following King’s Exit

Cibus, Inc. has officially appointed Cornelis (Carlo) Broos as its Interim Chief Financial Officer, following the announcement of Wade King’s departure. Broos, with an extensive background in finance and audit, has been with the company since 2011 and brings experience from prior roles at Syngenta and Deloitte. He holds advanced degrees in business administration and accountancy and has no material interests in transactions that would conflict with his new position. No new compensation deals are tied to his appointment, and King will stay on with the company in a non-executive capacity.
