CI Financial Shareholders Approve All Directors

CI Financial (TSE:CIX) has released an update.

CI Financial Corp. held its annual shareholders meeting where all nominated directors were elected with strong majority votes, and the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditors was approved with 92.34% support. Shareholders also expressed high approval for the Board’s executive compensation approach, with 93.93% in favor. CI Financial, a diversified asset and wealth management firm, manages over $482 billion in assets globally.
