CI Financial Corp. has announced the successful completion of its substantial issuer bid, with 2,157,201 common shares tendered for cancellation at $18.25 each, totaling approximately $39.37 million. This buyback represents about 1.48% of their issued and outstanding shares, with no proration needed since the tendered shares were fewer than the maximum sought in the offer.
