Churchill Resources Inc. has successfully completed a $2.5 million non-brokered private placement, selling 50 million units to support its nickel exploration projects in Newfoundland & Labrador, and for general working capital. The offering included common shares and warrants, while finders received a cash fee and finders warrants for their role in the placement. The funds are aimed at advancing the company’s high-grade, magmatic nickel sulfide projects in Canada.
