Chuo Spring Co., Ltd. has announced the conclusion of a joint venture agreement with STUMPP SCHUELE & SOMAPPA SPRINGS, establishing ‘SSS Chuhatsu Precision Springs Private Limited’ in India. Slated to begin operations in early September 2024, the venture will focus on the manufacture and sale of precision spring products, with both companies holding an equal 50% investment share. This move is not expected to impact Chuo Spring’s consolidated profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025.
