Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 interim profit distribution plan, declaring a semi-annual ordinary dividend of RMB 0.83 per 10 shares. The dividend is subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, and a 20% tax for Mainland individual investors using the Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. Payment dates and exchange rates for the dividend, to be distributed after shareholder approval on October 15, 2024, are yet to be announced.
