Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited has ended its continuing connected transaction with Chuncheng Investment earlier than expected, effective from September 19, 2024. This termination follows the company’s withdrawal from its proposed A Share listing and is aimed at reducing connected transactions and optimizing resource allocation. The Board believes this move is in the company and shareholders’ best interests, without materially impacting the group’s business operations or financial state.
