At the first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2024, Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited shareholders overwhelmingly approved the appointment of BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP as the company’s auditors, with a 100% vote in favor. The EGM, conducted in compliance with PRC laws and corporate regulations, saw attendance from approximately 75% of the total share capital, and the newly appointed auditors will serve until the next annual general meeting.
