Chuang’s Consortium International Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to be held virtually on September 9, 2024. Shareholders are called to review the company’s audited financial statements, re-elect executive directors, re-appoint auditors, and authorize share repurchases and share allotment during the next fiscal year. The AGM will also address the authorization of directors’ remuneration and the approval of the repurchase of up to 10% of the company’s shares.
