Chuang’s China Investments Limited is set to change its principal share registrar and transfer agent in Bermuda, as well as its branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong, effective December 31, 2024. This strategic shift will see Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited and Tricor Investor Services Limited taking over these roles respectively. Investors should note the new arrangements for share transfer registrations and the collection of share certificates starting from the specified date.
