Chuan Hup Holdings Limited has announced the cancellation of all its 10,494,000 treasury shares as of June 21, 2024, with the aim of enhancing shareholder value. The cancellation represents 1.1472% of the company’s total issued ordinary shares prior to the event and leaves the company with zero treasury shares post-cancellation. The total value of the cancelled shares amounts to S$1,962,695.58.
