Brianna Gerber, CFO and Chief Accounting Officer of ChromaDex Corporation, has announced her resignation effective July 12, 2024. The company is actively searching for her replacement and has arranged a consulting agreement with Gerber to ensure a smooth transition. During her consultancy, which extends until August 12, 2024, she will assist with financial and accounting matters and receive a consulting fee, while her stock options and restricted stock units will continue to vest as per the existing Equity Plan terms.
