Chorus Limited successfully closed its offer of unsecured, subordinated, redeemable, cumulative, interest-bearing capital notes, raising NZ$170 million through a bookbuild process. The capital notes are set to be issued on 6 June 2025 and will be quoted on the NZX Debt Market by 9 June 2025.
