Chorus Limited has announced the opening of director nominations for its board, with submissions accepted from shareholders until September 12, 2024, ahead of its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on October 24. The company also highlighted a waiver from NZX listing rules, which allows it to restrict directorship to individuals unassociated with competing telecom services in New Zealand, except those provided by Chorus.
