Chorus director Jack Beverly Matthews has increased his personal holding of Chorus ordinary shares through an on-market purchase. The transaction underscores direct board-level investment in the telecommunications network operator amid ongoing oversight of its capital structure and market performance.
According to a disclosure filed with NZX, Matthews bought 750 Chorus shares on 24 February 2026 for NZ$7,267.50, lifting his stake from 19,881 to 20,631 shares.
