Chorus Aviation Inc. has announced a special meeting for shareholders to vote on the proposed sale of its Regional Aircraft Leasing segment to HPS Investment Partners, LLC. The meeting, scheduled for September 25, 2024, will require a two-thirds majority approval. Shareholder participation details and related documents are available on the company’s website and SEDAR+.
