Choo Chiang Holdings Ltd. has announced a change in its corporate secretarial team, with Ms. Tan Shu Bing appointed as the new Company Secretary, succeeding Ms. Lai Foon Kuen, effective from 18 September 2024. Ms. Tan will work alongside Mr. Fu Lin as joint Company Secretaries. The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Lai for her contributions during her tenure.
