Chongqing Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. has announced the interim appointment of Mr. Yue Xiangjun as chairman and legal representative following the resignation of former chairman Mr. Zhang Fulun. Mr. Yue, who already serves as the executive director and general manager, will fulfill these additional roles until a new chairman is elected. He has also been appointed as one of the company’s authorised representatives effective from 26 July 2024.
