Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust is set to issue $500 million in senior unsecured debentures with a 5.030% interest rate, maturing in 2031. The proceeds from the private offering will fund the repayment of existing indebtedness due September 2024. The offering, led by a syndicate of major financial institutions, is slated to close on May 23, 2024, conditional on receiving at least a ‘BBB’ credit rating.
