CHK Oil Limited has announced a significant shake-up in its leadership, with Mr. Li Siu Bun stepping down as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective from July 2, 2024. Ms. Liu Xiaoting, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting, will take over the roles, bringing her expertise from previous senior positions and her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers. The company’s board conveyed their gratitude to Mr. Li for his service and welcomed Ms. Liu onboard.
