Chip Virnig Resigns from Dynatrace Board After Nine Years

Dynatrace (DT) has provided an update.

Kenneth “Chip” Virnig has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Dynatrace, Inc., effective July 31, 2024, after serving for nine years. His departure is not a result of any disputes regarding the company’s operations, policies, or practices, and the Board has expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.
