Chinney Kin Wing Holdings Amends Agreement Terms

Chinney Kin Wing Holdings Limited (HK:1556) has released an update.

Chinney Kin Wing Holdings Limited has entered into a supplemental agreement extending the term of their original Framework Agreement for three years, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, and revised the annual caps to HK$135 million for each year. The adjustment follows the company’s non-receipt of two anticipated subcontracts, which were factored into the previous annual caps. Despite these adjustments, all other terms of the Framework Agreement remain unchanged.
