Gross profit also decreased to HK$70,776,000, alongside a significant loss on fair value change of investment properties and high finance costs leading to a loss before tax of HK$423,346,000. The decrease in other interest revenue and increased credit loss allowance have also impacted the company’s financial performance negatively.
