Chinese Estates Holdings Limited has announced a delay in sending out the circular regarding the major transaction involving the sale of State Smart Limited. The company, which holds a considerable majority stake of approximately 74.99%, needed more time to prepare the necessary information for the circular. Consequently, they’ve requested an extension from the Stock Exchange to dispatch the circular by September 17, 2024.
