Chinese Estates Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Phillis Loh as an independent non-executive director and various committee roles due to her new career developments, effective from June 12, 2024. The company expressed appreciation for her contributions and confirmed there are no disagreements or other relevant concerns related to her departure. Mr. Ma Tsz-chun will succeed her as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
