China ZhengTong Auto Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

China Zhengtong Auto Services Holdings (HK:1728) has released an update.

At the recent Annual General Meeting of China ZhengTong Auto Services Holdings Limited, all resolutions were passed with significant majority votes. Key decisions included the re-election of executive and independent non-executive Directors, authorization for the Board to fix Directors’ remuneration, and the re-appointment of KPMG as auditors. Additionally, the Directors were granted mandates to repurchase shares and to allocate, issue, and deal with additional company shares.
