China Zenith Chemical Group Limited has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) slated for October 17, 2024, to approve a proposed new share placement. The company’s register of members will be closed from October 14 to October 17, 2024, to determine the shareholders entitled to attend and vote. Share transfers for eligibility must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on October 10, 2024.
