China Zenith Chemical Group Limited has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on September 6, 2024, in Hong Kong, where shareholders will consider approving a Supplemental Agreement and proposed Annual Caps. Shareholders may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf and must submit proxies and other relevant documents before the specified deadline. The company has also scheduled a temporary closure of the register of members for transfer document processing preceding the SGM.
