China Yuanbang Property Holdings Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr Lay Shi Wei as an Independent Director, effective from April 5, 2024. Mr Lay will serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of both the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, strengthening the company’s corporate governance. The Board believes Mr Lay’s inclusion will significantly contribute to the Group’s oversight and strategic direction.
